Total Hours: ~270 hours.
Delivery time: 4-5 weeks

Step 1: Consultation & Research (40 hours)

  • Project Manager: Initial consultation (2 hours).

  • Brand Strategists: Develop a detailed creative brief, including target audience analysis and brand positioning (15 hours).

  • Researchers/Data Analysts: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and trend studies (15 hours).

  • Behavioral Scientists/Psychologists: Analyze emotional and psychological factors influencing the audience’s perception of logos (8 hours).

Step 2: Concept Development (4 Teams, Approx 65 hours total)

  • Project Manager: Second consultation (1-2 hours).

  • Graphic Designers, Art Directors, Typography Experts, Color Consultants:

    Each team creates their own logo preliminary designs based on insights from behavioral scientists, psychologists, and data analysts (Approx 15 hours per team).

Step 3: Testing & Refinement (45 hours)

  • Behavioral Scientists/Psychologists: Test all four concepts for emotional resonance and audience appeal (15 hours).

  • UX/UI Designers: Evaluate digital adaptability and usability across platforms (5 hours).

  • Graphic Designers: Refine the chosen concept based on feedback from testing (25 hours).

Step 4: Check-in Stage (2 hours+)

  • Client receives all 4 designs with detailed reports documenting the research and design process, reasoning behind key decisions, and results from testing each design.

  • Client gets on a video call with the Project Manager to decide which team design to proceed with (2 hours+) and discuss any amendments, changes, and personalization they would like.

Step 5: Final Design & Production (80 hours)

  • Graphic Designers: Winning team Refines the chosen concept based on client feedback (25 hours).

  • Illustrators: Add custom illustrations or iconography if needed (15 hours).

  • Print Production Specialists: Ensure the logo works seamlessly in print formats (15 hours).

  • Motion Designers: Create animated versions of the logo for multimedia use (15 hours).

  • Legal Advisors/Trademark Specialists: Conduct trademark searches and register the logo (10 hours).

Client Communication:

  • Video call communication and up to 4 rounds of revisions on the final logo (30 hours)

  • Initial consultation (2 hours) and check in calls (2 x 2 hours)

  • Additional Revisions @ $50/hour

  • Illustrators: Add simple custom elements if needed (10 hours).

  • Print Production Specialists: Ensure the logo works seamlessly in print formats (10 hours).
